By using winzonesoftech.com or any Winzone Softech product, you agree to these terms.

Service usage

Our AI products are provided on a subscription basis. Custom development services are quoted per project. All deliverables, source code, and intellectual property generated under custom engagements are transferred to you on full payment.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use our services for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes. You retain ownership of all content and data you submit; we are licensed to process it solely to deliver the service.

Pricing & refunds

Pricing is published on our pricing page. Annual subscriptions are non-refundable but can be cancelled with 30 days notice for the next billing cycle. Custom development is invoiced per milestone with refund terms in your statement of work.

Liability

Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Chennai, India. For US clients, we agree to non-binding mediation in Stafford, Texas.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated 30 days in advance.
