What we collect

When you use winzonesoftech.com, our chatbot or our AI products, we collect: contact details you submit (name, email, phone), product usage data (pages, events, sessions), and conversation transcripts when you chat with our AI assistant.

How we use it

We use this data to deliver our services, reply to your enquiries, improve our products, and for occasional marketing communications you opt into. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Where we store it

All customer data is stored in encrypted MySQL databases hosted in India and the US. We use TLS 1.3 in transit and AES-256 at rest. Backups are taken daily and retained for 30 days.

Your rights

You can request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@winzonesoftech.com. We respond within 7 business days.

Cookies

We use first-party cookies for session management and analytics (Google Analytics). No third-party advertising cookies.
