Civix dispatched 600 vehicles per day from 7 hubs using a mix of Excel, WhatsApp, two outdated apps and a homegrown TMS. Dispatchers averaged 11 minutes per booking; route planning was manual; invoices took 14 days to generate. Customer comms went through reps who copy-pasted updates.
What we built and deployed
We deployed our AI ERP across all 7 hubs in 14 weeks, with a phased cutover. AI route planning, real-time tracking, customer WhatsApp updates, automated invoicing, and a driver mobile app went live in sequence. We migrated 18 months of historical data, trained 40 dispatchers, and ran for 4 weeks in parallel before the final cutover.
Our dispatchers used to start at 6am to get the day's plan ready. Now the AI hands them a plan at 5:45 and they spend the morning solving exceptions, not building schedules.
