What you’ll do

• Design and ship production RAG pipelines on customer data
• Build LLM evals + observability into every release
• Own end-to-end model selection, prompt design, fine-tuning
• Mentor mid-level engineers on AI best practices

What we’re looking for

• 4+ years of production engineering experience
• 1+ year hands-on with LLMs / agents / RAG
• Strong Python, comfort with Postgres + vector DBs
• Track record of shipping AI features customers actually use
