Onboard, train and grow our customers. Own a book of business of mid-market AI customers across North America.

What you’ll do

  • Own onboarding for new mid-market customers
  • Run quarterly business reviews + expansion conversations
  • Be the customer's voice inside Winzone (product, support)
  • Hit gross + net retention targets

What we’re looking for

  • 3+ years in CS at a B2B SaaS company
  • Strong technical aptitude — can demo AI products confidently
  • Excellent written + spoken English
  • US work authorisation
