Onboard, train and grow our customers. Own a book of business of mid-market AI customers across North America.
What you’ll do
- Own onboarding for new mid-market customers
- Run quarterly business reviews + expansion conversations
- Be the customer's voice inside Winzone (product, support)
- Hit gross + net retention targets
What we’re looking for
- 3+ years in CS at a B2B SaaS company
- Strong technical aptitude — can demo AI products confidently
- Excellent written + spoken English
- US work authorisation
